This photo was submitted by Monk, who says this vehicle was “parked at Kennelly Post Office.” It’s “not noticeable in image” but there is “no handicap permit.”
I here frequently after hours to mail packages. Yes, even at night people take up two spaces all the time (literally *across* two spaces, parallel to the walkways) and about 50% at any time seems to just take over the handicapped spots, but this takes the cake. The laziness just makes me sick. People should be grateful they can still handle the ten whole extra steps they are trying to save.
Of course, the sloppiness is part of the Hartford’s new trend this year to back into every possible parking space, even if they are slanted and it’ll be more difficult to navigate than just going face-in.
