Captain’s log, February 2025,
Parked the vessel in river for a laugh. Like the year before. Didn’t expect all this ice. People abandon cars on streets all the time. No big deal. Will totally move before spring flood. Can count on NOAA and other government organizations to give fair warning. Why would this year be any different?
