On the building at the intersection of Talcott and Market, facing the structure that replaced the G. Fox parking garage. The artist’s first name is Ben, I think. Hadn’t seen that part of the question before I walked by.
That’s where it is, on the old parking garage.
You could just claim to be on a first name basis with the artist, Ben Keller 🙂
