As much as it’s a good thing that people post “do not feed the wildlife” signs at duck ponds and the like, because it’s bad for them (and ultimately bad for us too), people are going to people.
And “don’t do the thing” instructions usually stick better when there’s a “why” and also a “here’s what to do instead” as part of it.
