Several modern water fountains have been installed in the parks along the Connecticut River, so people can refill their water bottles and not have to risk drinking directly from the spout thing that some folks decide to stick their entire mouths over…though that option remains for anyone who likes to live right on the edge.
Will Hartford’s other parks take a similar step forward?
