If those words have left a person’s mouth (or fallen out of their fingertips and landed in one trashy FB neighborhood group or another), it tells us that they have not walked down Park Street or Albany Avenue or Franklin Avenue, or probably anywhere, in the last 40 years. They probably also have declared Hartford a ghost town.
