Heaven Skate Park now has “official” sign posts in addition to the artistic metal sign installed a few years ago.
Between all those signs, Google Maps, and the ability to ask visitors what the space is used for, nobody has an excuse anymore to pretend that this is a vacant lot needing redevelopment.
As always, the art found inside ebbs and flows. I’m thrilled that there’s an increase in feminine art and energy in the park.
The garden is finished for the season. Even as the last leaves drop from the trees, Heaven continues to add color to Hartford.
Now that official signs have been added, we expect that the City of Hartford has added this park to the list requiring snow removal from its sidewalks.
