For many years this was a vacant and rundown building doing nothing positive for its immediate area.
The building is no longer an eyesore that visitors wandering over from the convention center and hotels might happen upon, which makes the plaza less tragic in appearance. Now, if we can just get something good to happen to the hole on the corner of State Street and Columbus Boulevard.
