I see that 461 Capitol has re-opened in yet another incarnation & I wonder if Fire-N-Spice will ever actually open.

Wondering the same thing. The Fire & Spice sign popped up a month or so ago, but still waiting on this place to open its doors.
Best of luck to 461 Capitol. Hopefully these business owners have some different strategies (marketing? consistency?) that will help them succeed.
