With its sign recently appearing, Qdoba — Mexican fast food — is one step closer to opening in the “Front Street District.” It looks like they will have decent hours: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., every single day. If the posted hours are correct, they will join the growing number of establishments that are finally starting to get it: Hartford does not close at evening rush hour.
