Is this the new park they’re putting in by the armory?
Yes and no —
This is where it is (CONGRATS) but there was a park there already. They are only doing a massive renovation.

Well, yeah — they tore out the old park and put in a new park. Which should, obviously, have been put on New Park Street, since that is clearly where the new parks go … but what are you going to do?
