I continue to be unable to understand how we can charge nuts admission for a public park for nearly two months and put to put up with the piles of garbage in it for four.

It’s a real drag — really makes the park look like hell during the day with all those displays set up. Poor Goodwin Park, poor original open meadow design dominated by 27 (27!) holes of golf…can’t fathom why there isn’t a plan to let those bizarre, unused 9 holes in north end of the park revert to meadow and woods…So much for all the people who use the park as a safe place to walk and bike with their kids being able to use it in the winter evenings.
