As of 4p.m. Scarborough Street, Asylum Avenue, Sigourney Street, Park Terrace, and Russ Street were a complete mess. What are the conditions of the streets you have traveled on?

According to Lt. Brian Foley of the Hartford Police Department, a parking ban went into effect at 8:00am today. No word yet from the Mayor’s Office.

I’m just glad the storm is over. The street I live on is always the last to get plowed. I didn’t find out there was a parking ban today until late in the day. And Mr. Segarra did not call this time to advise me of the parking.I usually get a prerecorded message. So looking forward to the spring.
