Beginning at noon on Saturday and ending at the same time on Sunday, there will be no parking allowed on Hartford’s streets due to the expected snowfall. Vehicles left on the roadways during this time may be ticketed and towed.
If you have no driveway to park in, you can move your car to any of these lots for the duration of the parking ban:
- Hartford schools
- Colt (Wawarme), Elizabeth, Keney (Ridgefield) or Pope Park
- 2 Holcomb Street
- KDA Center lot on Naugatuck Street
- Metzner Center lot on Franklin Avenue
The fee for retrieving a towed vehicle is nearly $200. Just move the car.
