Robert Cotto began his campaign for re-election to the Board of Education with a fundraiser at the Red Rock Tavern on Thursday night. He has been endorsed again by the Working Families Party. Cotto has worked as a teacher and is currently a researcher for CT Voices for Children.

The Democratic Town Committee has endorsed Michael Brescia, Beth Parker, and Craig Stallings. There are four elected Board of Education members whose terms run out this year. There are four individuals who have announced their intentions to run.
