The Greater Hartford Arts Council, for its 2013 United Arts Campaign, commissioned a designer to create art that represents the Hartford community. This time around, the designer team — Hartford Prints! — created several prints and let the people vote on a favorite.
The “Stegosaurus” print designed by Hartford Prints! was the winner, with “Mark Twain” coming in second and “Art in Downtown” finishing third.
