Just as it is being reported that a tentative agreement has been reached between the Chicago Teachers Union and the school board, the Hartford Federation of Teachers has released a statement of solidarity:
As typical of the pink-collar ghetto, employees are expected to selflessly accept contracts which devalue their work and conditions which lower morale in the workplace.
