Garth A. Myers, Paul E. Raether Distinguished Professor of Urban International Studies, will present his lecture, “Can Divided Cities Become Inclusive Cities?,” at 5pm on Thursday, March 8, 2012.
Dr. Myers will be looking at ways U.S. cities might model themselves after those in Africa. In particular, he will be discussing how cities can become more inclusive, using urban areas of Tanzania as examples.
The lecture will be given in McCook Auditorium on the Trinity campus. This event is open to the public.
