There will be a panel on bullying at the Hartford Public Library on May 3rd; panelists will include a Hartford public school student, representation from the Anti-Defamation League, a student from Capital Community College, and someone from the Connecticut Department of Education. There will be a discussion of It Gets Better and Make It Better.
