I know this place, I used to skate here all the time. I don’t know what it’s actually called, we used to called it “heaven”. It’s located in Downtown Hartford next to Capitol Community College.
Someone else had guessed the Parkville Community School. It could also pass for the Pope Park Rec Center, except the graffiti there isn’t very creative.
The playground photos (there’s a Willie Ware set on picasaweb) totally reminded me of “This Used To Be My Playground,” Madonna’s hit single from the hit soundtrack to the movie A League Of Their Own. So, you’re in good company.
