That was short lived. After recently reopening on Pratt Street, Fiona Stone Boutique is closing. They explain:
WE WILL BE CLOSING OUR STORE IN HARTFORD AND TAKING A BREAK .WE WILL RE-OPEN IN WEST HARTFORD..AS OF NOW EVERYTHING IS 50% OFF. STOP IN AND SEE YOU WHEN WE RE-OPEN IN THE FALL

Pratt St. commercial rents are probably among the highest in the city. Pratt St. is one of the few downtown streets in Hartford with a little bit of “charm.”

Good – she never pay back the lines she carries….to see more see:

retailers like this – don’t deserve to be in business…they are selling stolen merchandise – since she never pays back – and checks she sent are always FAKE.
Store
Yup never paid their lines. She is basically selling stolen goods! Do not support the re-opening of this store!

Masha and Store–
Can you two substantiate these claims? I don’t want there to be libel posted here, so if you have evidence to back up what you are stating, I’d appreciate you leaving it.
Clydith
I agree with the others, she doesn’t pay her bills with “good checks” and if “Store and Marsha” don’t have evidence of this, we SURE DO – -lots and lots of it –TOO. This person doesn’t deserve to be in business with good, honest people trying to make a living.

I am yet another designer that she owes over $4,000 to and I definitely have proof. All of these claims are true, she should not be allowed to do business anywhere. The way she made her money was selling merchandise that she basically stole from young designers, the majority of which don’t live in Hartford so it is more difficult to go after her for the money. Her reputation deserves to be marred, she has no business ethics, she is completely unprofessional and A THIEF. At the time she placed her order she was working in a porn store, totally appropriate considering what a scum bag, con artist she is.
