A comment on #25: If the people of Hartford have anything to be ashamed of, it’s the widespread ownership and use of pseudo-bikes. These toys are to real bikes what small yip yip creatures are to dogs. Perhaps my perspective is a little skewed because I grew up in a household where riding a dirt bike preceded riding a bicycle, but I just don’t get the point of pocket bikes. If you wanna ride, then ride. Otherwise, drop the macho stuff and get a Vespa.
